This website keeps track of a weight loss contest. Each contestant pays a motivational fee of $30 and their goal is to lose 10% of their total body weight over twelve weeks. Winners get their money back plus the money of those that didn't make
their goal while those who didn't meet their goal forfeit their money.

WEEK #3

Looks like a few of us think this week had 3 Tuesday's in a row and no Wed.   Either that or someone doesn't want to report their weight!  Better see some reports come in by midnight next Wed. or we will be waving goodbye to some of our friends. 

All but a few of us are still on the YO-YO train!  Let's keep working at this everyone.  They (whoever in the heck "they" are) say the 4th week of a diet is the hardest.  Looks like some of us thought week 2 & 3 were the hardest!  "They" say by the time you have finished week 4 of a diet your body has adjusted to not getting the cravings met and you can realy push forward from that point on.  I'm personally testing this theory!  I wonder if giving in to chocolate on Valentine's Day will sabatoge everything and I will have to fight the cravings again????  FOOD for THOUGHT!

Week #2

Oh My Goodness ---- are we ever a yo-yo ing group of dieters!  10 out of 21 of us either stayed the same or "gained" this week - YIKES!!!  Congrats to those of you who have continued in your weight loss; and, to those of us who slacked a little bit this week after such a bang up start --- the best I can say for us is that no one is on the plus side and that's a plus (hahahah - catch the pun?).  Work hard everyone to lose!lose!lose!  Let's all go forward - no going backwards this week!

10% Skinny - WEEK #1

WOW - We are to be Congratulated. EVERYBODY lost weight this week! What a great start. To those of you who apologized for thinking they had lost so little, remember this --- A "slow" start is better than a "no" start!!!!! Repeat that three times! Or, revert to childhood and go write it on the chalkboard 100 times and then go back to your desk and sit down.
